Cirque d’Alex was founded in 2005 by Gourmet Glacier and Hot Dog Aficionado, Ken Schaffer, and his daughter Alex, a self-proclaimed Ice Cream Connoisseur. Much more than foodie fun and games, Cirque is a celebration of gathering with friends and family around fresh, flavorful food. Taking the time to try different flavors, sample unique creations and enjoy each other’s company.

There is something for everyone from the Chicago Dog piled high with onions, tomatoes, peppers and relish to one-of-a-kind Spiked Ice Cream Delights. All Cirque ice creams are locally made in our Tiffany Springs Ice Cream Kitchen. Cirque’s vegetarian options are taste approved by the distinguishing palettes of the vegetarians in the Shaffer clan — from our signature Veggie Chili Dogs to our fresh cut Veggie Pizzas and tasty sides.
